How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 300 then grease an 8” square pan.
  • In a medium bowl beat butter and honey with an electric mixer on medium speed until creamy.
  • Beat in eggs until well blended.
  • Add flour mixed with baking powder and salt then beat until blended.
  • Stir in raisins, coconuts, walnuts, currants and golden raisins and turn into prepared pan.
  • Level surface then bake 45 minutes and remove to rack and let cool completely.
  • Cut into 20 bars and sprinkle with powdered sugar before serving.
