White Chocolate Lavender Cheesecake

- Crust: shopping list
- 2 cups chocolate wafers, crushed shopping list
- 1/4 cup sugar shopping list
- 4 Tbsp butter, softened shopping list
- Filling shopping list
- 1 1/2 pounds Philly cream cheese shopping list
- 3/4 cups sugar shopping list
- 3 large eggs shopping list
- 8 ounces white chocolate(premium), melted and cooled shopping list
- 1/4 to 1/3 cup lavender flowers, chopped fine shopping list
- 1/2 cup heavy cream shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 350^
- Crust: combine crumbs, sugar and butter 'til mixed well
- Butter sides and bottom of 10" spring-pan.
- Press crumb mixture evenly onto sides and bottom of pan.
- Set in fridge.
- Filling: Blend cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
- Add eggs one at a time.
- Fold in chocolate, then lavender.
- Add cream and mix thoroughly.
- Pour into prepared pan.
- Bake at 350^ for 55-65 minutes.
- Let cool and refridgerate before serving.
