Drooling Dog Barbecue Roasted Garlic Bleu Cheese Butter

- 4 heads garlic, peeled shopping list
- 1/4 cup olive oil shopping list
- 1/2 cup butter, at room temperature shopping list
- 1/2 cup bleu cheese shopping list
How to make it
- Place garlic on a sheet of foil. Drizzle with olive oil, then close foil and place in a 400 degree oven. Roast for one hour, or until soft.
- Puree in a blender. Add room temperature butter and bleu cheese, mixing well. Refrigerate.
- Use on chicken or salmon before cooking or as a spread for garlic bread.
- Can be kept chilled up to two weeks, or frozen for longer term storage.
