raw peach soup

- 12 peaches shopping list
- 1 &1/2 cups coconut water shopping list
- 4 cloves shopping list
- 1 teaspoon fresh ginger julienned shopping list
- 2/3 cup raw honey shopping list
- 1 stick of cinnamon broken into fragments shopping list
- 1 & 1/2 cups dry white wine shopping list
How to make it
- whisk the coconut water together with the honey. now add the cinnamon fragments, ginger julienne, cloves and wine. refrigerate overnight or for a few hours.
- clean ten peaches and reserve two of them for garnishing the top of the soup. slice and place in the food processor.
- strain the liquid mixture.
- add this peach puree to the liquid mixture and refrigerate until ready to serve.
- before serving, clean and slice the remaining two peaches and decorate the soup.
- if you have a leftover coconut you won't do anything else with you may garnish the soup with shredded fresh coconut as well.
