How to make it

  • whisk the coconut water together with the honey. now add the cinnamon fragments, ginger julienne, cloves and wine. refrigerate overnight or for a few hours.
  • clean ten peaches and reserve two of them for garnishing the top of the soup. slice and place in the food processor.
  • strain the liquid mixture.
  • add this peach puree to the liquid mixture and refrigerate until ready to serve.
  • before serving, clean and slice the remaining two peaches and decorate the soup.
  • if you have a leftover coconut you won't do anything else with you may garnish the soup with shredded fresh coconut as well.
