Taco Stacks

different Taco using chicken
Ingredients
- 1- 16 oz can refried beans shopping list
- 9- 10 inch flour tortillas divided shopping list
- 1 8 oz. pkg. Shredded pepper jack cheese shopping list
- 2 jalapeno ppeppers seeded and chopped{may omit} shopping list
- 1 1/2 cups cooked chopped chicken{I buy Walmarts Deli Chicken and chop up} shopping list
- 6 green onions shopping list
- 1 1/2 cups shredded lettuce shopping list
- 1 8z, jar salsa shopping list
- 1 medium avacodo -diced shopping list
- 2 medium tomatoes seeded and chopped shopping list
- 1/2 cup fresh cilantro shopping list
How to make it
- Spread:Beans on 1 side each of 3 tortillas place tortillas bean side up on Baking sheet Sprinkle evenly with cheese and next three ingredients
- Bake at 350 for 15 minutes untill cheese melts-remove from sheet
- Sprinkle 3 tortillas evenly with lettuce top each with 1 tortilla >
- Spread each tortilla top with 2 tbs, Salsa and sprinkle with avacado,tomatoe,and Cilantro
- top with three reamining tortillas cut into quarters serve with remaining Salsa
- Prep. 15 minutes Bake 15 min.
