Ingredients
  • 3/4 Kg small beef, cubed
  • 3 medium sized potatoes chopped
  • 2 medium sized carrots
  • 2 small bell peppers
  • 3 cloves garlic Chopped
  • 1 medium sized onion chopped
  • 2 medium sized garlic
  • 200g tomato sauce
  • 85g liver spread
  • 2-4 birds eye chilles

Directions
  1. Saute garlic
  2. add onions
  3. add beef
  4. saute for 2-3 mins
  5. add tomato sauce
  6. saute again for 2-3 mins
  7. add chopped chilles
  8. add 2 glasses of water
  9. let boil for 1 1/2 hours
  10. beef should now be tender and edible
  11. add chopped potatoes,carrots, and bell pepper
  12. let it sit for about 15 mins
  13. set heat to minimum
  14. add liver spread. mix very well> this adds up to the texture of the dish
  15. let it sit again for about 15 mins
  16. then voila
