Pineapple Cheese Mold

- 1 3 oz pkg lemon gelatin shopping list
- 1 cup boiling water shopping list
- 3/4 cup pineapple juice shopping list
- 1 Tbs lemon juice shopping list
- 1 1/4 cups drained crushed pineapple shopping list
- 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese shopping list
- 1 cup cream whipped shopping list
How to make it
- Prep does not include chill time
- Dissolve gelatin in the water and add juices.
- Chill until slightly thickened.
- Fold in crushed pineapple, cheese and cream.
- Place in 1 1/2 qt mold and chill firm.
- Unmold .
- Nice over lettuce leaf cups.
- Use as a refreshing salad course.
