Mikes Blueberry Coffee Cake Recipe

Ingredients

3-1/2c flour

1/2c shortening

2c sugar

3 eggs

1c milk

1/2tsp salt

2tsp baking powder

1 Qt. blueberries

Topping:

1/2c sugar

1/3c flour

1/2tsp cinnamon

1/4c butter

Directions

Cream shortening and sugar. Add eggs;beat after each egg. Add flour,milk,salt and baking powder;mix together. Flour blueberries;stir into mixture with spoon. Pour into greased and floured tube pan. Sprinkle on topping. Bake at 350 for 1 hour and 20 mins or till tothpick comes out clean.
