Using a store bought roasted chicken makes this a quick an delicious way to feed your family. They will love this chili!

Ingredients
- 1 store bought roasted chicken
- 2 cans white great northern beans
- 1 can chopped tomatoes
- 1 can chopped chillies
- 1 can chicken broth
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1/3 of a bell pepper, chopped
- 1/2 stick butter
- 1 package chicken chili seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- salt and pepper to taste
- juice from one lime
- 8 oz. package shredded cheese(mexican blend works well)
- sliced green onions
- sour cream
- corn tortilla chips
- extra lime slices
Directions
- Remove meat from chicken
- In medium to large stock pot, saute onions and bell pepper in butter until tender.
- Stir in broth, chicken meat, can chillies, tomatoes, and beans
- Bring mixture to a boil.
- Lower heat and stir in chili seasoning, cumin, and lime juice.
- Cook for 12 to 15 minutes or until well heated.
- season with salt and pepper
- Serve with cheese, green onions, chips, lime slices, and sour cream on the side.

I FOUND A COOKBOOK AT ROSS'S THAT WAS FOR STORE BOUGHT ROASTED CHICKEN THE ENTIRE COOKBOOK DECICATED TO IT .... IT WAS GREAT AND FUN TO SEE ALL THE THINGS YOU COULD MAKE ... EASY AND DELICIOUS TOO.........
