Lime Vinaigrette

A wonderful light dressing for those summer day salads or a great fruit salad dressing! Very light and has a nice sweet/tang I serve it on a mixture of baby lettuce, fresh baby spinach, and red onions
Ingredients
- juice from 2 large limes shopping list
- 1 1/2 to 2 tablespoons honey shopping list
- 1 1/2 to 2 tablespoons spicy brown mustard shopping list
- 2 tablespoons sugar shopping list
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar shopping list
- 1/3 cup vegetable or canola oil shopping list
- dash salt and cracked black pepper shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin shopping list
How to make it
- Whisk all ingredients together in a mixing bowl.
- Refrigerate until ready to use.
