A wonderful light dressing for those summer day salads or a great fruit salad dressing! Very light and has a nice sweet/tang I serve it on a mixture of baby lettuce, fresh baby spinach, and red onions

Ingredients
  • juice from 2 large limes
  • 1 1/2 to 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 1/2 to 2 tablespoons spicy brown mustard
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1/3 cup vegetable or canola oil
  • dash salt and cracked black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin

Directions
  1. Whisk all ingredients together in a mixing bowl.
  2. Refrigerate until ready to use.
