How to make it

  • Bring butter, feta, and cream cheese to room temperature
  • (I place the above in a bowl and microwave until butter is melted 1-2 min.)
  • Mix until combined. Stir in olives, onions and parsley.
  • (I like the flavor of Italian parsley best)
  • I have also used Kalamata, be carefull they can dominate the flavor
  • Cover and chill 12 to 24 hours. (This is important to get the best flavor)
  • To serve, shape into a ball.
  • Roll in pecan pieces.
  • Serve with party crackers
