How to make it

  • Peel potatoes and cut into 2 inch cubes bring to boil in 6 quart pot boil until tender
  • Put eggs in cold water in a 4 quart pot, bring to boil and boil for 10 minutes
  • Drain and cool potatoes
  • Peal and cool eggs
  • While potatoes and eggs are cooling, slice radishes and quarter them
  • Slice spring onions using up to 4 inches of green stems
  • slice eggs lengthwise and sideways
  • Combine all ingredients in a large bowl, stir until toughly mixed
