Curried Egg Salad

A twist on egg salad that is easy to prepare and great for lunch, a shower, or tea time.
Ingredients
- 3 hard-boiled eggs, peeled and chopped shopping list
- 2 Tablespoons finely chopped celery shopping list
- 1 1/2 Tablespoon sour cream shopping list
- 1 teaspoon white or rice wine vinegar shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon curry powder shopping list
- salt and pepper to taste shopping list
How to make it
- In a bowl, mix all ingredients together with a fork until blended and creamy in appearance.
- Serve on bread for tea sandwiches or in half of an avocado.
