Ingredients

1 tsp each cumin and chili powder

1 pkg (16 oz) ground chicken burgers

1 bell pepper,quartered

4 burrito-size flour tortillas

2 Tbs oil

8 med. leaves of romaine lettuce

Accompaniments: lime wedgrs,sour cream,sliced avocado,salsa

Directions

Heat grill. Mix cumin and chili powder. Sprinkle burgers with 1 tsp spice mixture

Grill pepper,turning as needed 12 mins or till charred and crisp-tender Grill burgers as pkg. directs till cooked through.

Brush 1 side of each tortilla with oil. Sprinkle oiled side with remaining spice mixture. Grill 1 to 2 mins,turning once,until grill-marked. Transfer to serving plates.

For each fajita: Slice one of pepper quarters. Put 2 lettuce leaves,a burger and the pepper slices on half of the oiled side of tortilla. Fold over other half. Serve with accompaniments.
