Zesty Meringue Cookies Recipe

Ingredients

How to make it

  • whip egg whites
  • add sugar gradually
  • add cream of tartar
  • add orange zest
  • whip till stiff with peaks
  • use tablespoon to place on parchment lined baking sheet
  • bake 1 1/2 hours at 200 degrees
  • leave on sheet overnight to harden
  • remember to rotate cookie sheet from front to back half way through
