How to make it

  • prepare the chicken and put salt and pepper
  • mix youghurt chili powder,coriander powder,tomato sauce,lemon.
  • pour in to the cubed chicken and mix well
  • marinate for at least 15 minutes so that the chicken will absorb the sauce
  • in a sauce pan,saute garlic, onion,ginger in the butter until it will be golden brown
  • put the marinated chicken including the marinade
  • mix well until it will be fried in the butter
  • put water ,bay leaves,cloves and cardamoms
  • bring to boil until he chicken will be tender
  • keep enough gravy with the chicken
  • lower the heat and put the cream
  • serve hot with a soft bread or roti

    I've often considered buying a jar of sauce to make this dish because it looks so tasty, but I don't care too much for store bought sauces. Now with this wonderful recipe you have shared with us I can make it from scratch. Thanks so much & a very big 5 forks. I can't wait to try it.
