Grilled Salmon Bacon and Feta Packets

- 4 6oz salmon filletsa,skin on,room temperature shopping list
- 1/2 c ranch dressing shopping list
- 3 slices cooked bacon,crumbled shopping list
- 1/4 c crumbled feta cheese shopping list
- 2 tomatoes,chopped shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat grill to high. Cut 4 8x12" pieces of heavy duty foil. Place each salmon fillet skin side down on a sheet;top each with 2 Tbs ranch dressing,1 Tbs bacon and 1 Tbs feta;season with pepper. Fold up sides of foil,leaving top exposed. Place on grill,cover and cook until almost opaque in thickest part,8 to 10 mins. Serve topped with tomatoes.
