How to make it

  • Preheat grill to high. Cut 4 8x12" pieces of heavy duty foil. Place each salmon fillet skin side down on a sheet;top each with 2 Tbs ranch dressing,1 Tbs bacon and 1 Tbs feta;season with pepper. Fold up sides of foil,leaving top exposed. Place on grill,cover and cook until almost opaque in thickest part,8 to 10 mins. Serve topped with tomatoes.
