How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Season shrimp in a bag with Tony Cachere’s Creole seasoning (salt-free). Let chill 4 hours if possible. Saute shrimp with butter and onions in a sauce pan until shrimp turns pink, about 5 minutes. Add soups and cream cheese and simmer on low til creamy, about 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Spoon mixture into flour tortillas, roll-up tortillas and place in a pyrex baking dish. Spoon remaining mixture on top. Sprinkle cheeses on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
  • Substitute chicken for shrimp and cream of chicken soup for cream of shrimp soup if desired.
