I have a dead easy hummus recipe that I love to make. All blended together till smooth and creamy, eaten with crackers or chips, or pita bread that has been toasted. Every ingredient is added to taste, I just try and blend, try and blend.

I added marinated artichokes last time I made this, be careful how many you add, a couple is very powerful.
