How to make it

  • Add all the ingredients together except for the olive oil and the filo pastry
  • combined all ingredients
  • cut the filo pastry into quarters or with a rounded edge and brush the edges with some egg and milk wash
  • Put a good full tablespoon of mixture in filo pastry and fold pastry over
  • close of the edges of pastry with a fork by pushing down on the edges with the fork
  • brush a little olive oil on top of the pastry
  • put into a190 degrees celcius hot oven for 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown on both sides
