How to make it

  • Beat egg whites until foamy.
  • Add cream of tartar and sugar (add sugar 2 tbsp. at a time)
  • Beat until very stiff.
  • Add vanilla
  • Pour into 13 inch glass dish
  • Preheat oven to 450 degrees
  • Place dish in oven
  • Turn off oven and leave overnight
  • One hour before serving, Spread whipped cream all over. let stand
  • Arrange fresh fruit on top
  • Enjoy!!
