Chicken Ala Brie

- chicken breasts, shopping list
- spaghetti sauce (I make my own), shopping list
- fresh cilantro (from the garden), shopping list
- brie cheese, shopping list
- pasta or rice. shopping list
How to make it
- Create the spaghetti sauce.
- Lightly oil a pyrex baking dish with olive oil or pam and lay the deboned chicken breasts side by side into the baking dish.
- Cover the chicken with ample spaghetti sauce and lay foil over the top with an open end (so you can keep an eye on it periodically).
- Prepare pasta (any pasta will do and rice would also suffice).
- After 30 minutes, turn off oven and remove dish.
- Spread about 4 or 5 ounces of brie cheese pieces over the top (I put the brie in the freezer for about 15 minutes to make it easier to work with).
- Sprinkle cilantro, parsley and garlic salt (optional) and set back into the oven with foil gently placed over the top.
- It will stay warm until ready for consumption and the cheese maintains a nice consistency.
- Serve over pasta with grated parmesan cheese amply applied on top.
