How to make it

  • Create the spaghetti sauce.
  • Lightly oil a pyrex baking dish with olive oil or pam and lay the deboned chicken breasts side by side into the baking dish.
  • Cover the chicken with ample spaghetti sauce and lay foil over the top with an open end (so you can keep an eye on it periodically).
  • Prepare pasta (any pasta will do and rice would also suffice).
  • After 30 minutes, turn off oven and remove dish.
  • Spread about 4 or 5 ounces of brie cheese pieces over the top (I put the brie in the freezer for about 15 minutes to make it easier to work with).
  • Sprinkle cilantro, parsley and garlic salt (optional) and set back into the oven with foil gently placed over the top.
  • It will stay warm until ready for consumption and the cheese maintains a nice consistency.
  • Serve over pasta with grated parmesan cheese amply applied on top.
  • Vive le Italia! Viva la Francais!
