Ingredients
  • Chicken breasts,
  • spaghetti sauce (I make my own),
  • fresh cilantro (from the garden),
  • brie cheese,
  • pasta or rice.

Directions
  1. Create the spaghetti sauce.
  2. Lightly oil a pyrex baking dish with olive oil or pam and lay the deboned chicken breasts side by side into the baking dish.
  3. Cover the chicken with ample spaghetti sauce and lay foil over the top with an open end (so you can keep an eye on it periodically).
  4. Prepare pasta (any pasta will do and rice would also suffice).
  5. After 30 minutes, turn off oven and remove dish.
  6. Spread about 4 or 5 ounces of brie cheese pieces over the top (I put the brie in the freezer for about 15 minutes to make it easier to work with).
  7. Sprinkle cilantro, parsley and garlic salt (optional) and set back into the oven with foil gently placed over the top.
  8. It will stay warm until ready for consumption and the cheese maintains a nice consistency.
  9. Serve over pasta with grated parmesan cheese amply applied on top.
  10. Vive le Italia! Viva la Francais!
