Chicken and Rice

- chicken breasts or whatever chicken you like shopping list
- 1/4 lb. (1 stick) butter shopping list
- salt & pepper shopping list
- flour shopping list
- 1 can chicken vegetable soup or Chicken with rice shopping list
- 1 can water shopping list
- 1 cup converted rice, I always add a bit extra shopping list
- 1 can drained Veg-All shopping list
How to make it
- Melt 1/4 lb. (1 stick) butter in roasting pan.
- Mix flour, salt & pepper in a bag, I also add seasonings of my choice.
- Shake chicken in flour mixture.
- Put chicken in pan, skin side down, bake for 30 minutes @ 350 degrees.
- (we use the skinless/ boneless chicken breasts)
- Remove chicken from pan, add rice mixture, return chicken to pan, skin side up.
- Bake for 45 minutes more, or until done.
- Combine in bowl:

- Season to your taste...
- I use, garlic salt, onion salt, Mrs dash, pepper, celery salt,
- anything I can find that I think would taste good.
- Also use the same in my flour mixture!
