This simple dessert looks like a watermellon. No cooking involved but there is a 3 hour set up time. Great for a kids party or summer BBQ.

Ingredients
- 1 pint lime sherbet, softened
- 1 quart strawberry or raspberry ice cream or sherbet
- chocolate chips, as needed
Directions
- Line the sides and bottom of a round plastic container with a lid with the softened lime sherbet..
- Put in the freezer until hardened.
- Meanwhile, soften the strawberry or raspberry ice cream or sherbet. Mix in the chocolate chips.
- Spoon this mixture into the sherbet-lined plastic container and cover with lid.
- Freeze until hardened throughout.
- When completely frozen, unmold and slice into servings.
- Serve immediately.
