Different way to fix chicken
Ingredients
- 1 pkg. (6 0z,} cornbread stuffing mix shopping list
- 1/2 cup all purpose flour shopping list
- 1 tsp. salt shopping list
- 4 bonless skinless chicken breast halves{6 )z, Each} shopping list
- 1 tsp canola oil shopping list
- 1 can {103/4 Oz} condensed Cream mushroom soup {Undiluted shopping list
- 2/3 cup chopped onion shopping list
- 2/3 cup milk shopping list
- 2 Tbs. crumbled bacon shopping list
- 2 cans {14 1/2 oz each}cut green beans drained shopping list
- 1/2 cup monteray Jack cheese{I used pepper Jack] shopping list
- 1 tsp mustard {Spread on chiicken after cooked}} shopping list
How to make it
- Prepare stuffing mix according to Package
- In large resealable plastic bag combine Flour Salt
- Add chicken few peices at a time shake to coat
- In large skillet cook chicken in oil 2-3 minutes on each side till golden brown In large bowl combines soup, onion, milk and cooked bacon stir in grean beans
- Pour over chicken top with stuffing cover and cook 7 minutes Sprinkle with cheese cook 2-3 minutes for cheese to melt
