Ingredients
  • 1 pkg. (6 0z,} cornbread stuffing mix
  • 1/2 cup all purpose flour
  • 1 tsp. Salt
  • 4 bonless skinless chicken breast halves{6 )z, Each}
  • 1 tsp canola oil
  • 1 can {103/4 Oz} condensed Cream Mushroom Soup {Undiluted
  • 2/3 cup chopped onion
  • 2/3 cup Milk
  • 2 Tbs. crumbled bacon
  • 2 cans {14 1/2 oz each}cut green beans drained
  • 1/2 cup monteray Jack cheese{I used Pepper Jack]
  • 1 tsp mustard {Spread on chiicken after cooked}}

Directions
  1. Prepare stuffing mix according to Package
  2. In large resealable plastic bag combine Flour Salt
  3. Add chicken few peices at a time shake to coat
  4. In large skillet cook chicken in oil 2-3 minutes on each side till golden brown In large bowl combines soup, onion, milk and cooked bacon stir in grean beans
  5. Pour over chicken top with stuffing cover and cook 7 minutes Sprinkle with cheese cook 2-3 minutes for cheese to melt
