Ingredients

How to make it

  • Combine water & 2 cups sugar - bring to a boil
  • Drop biscuit quarters into sugar syrup & boil for 2 minutes
  • Remove quarters with slotted spoon & place in a single layer in an oven proof pan sprayed with cooking spray
  • Top with melted butter
  • Combine cinnamon & 1 T. Sugar and sprinkle over dumplings
  • Pour Mountain Dew between dumplings
  • Pour pie filling & vanilla into sugar syrup and stir well
  • Pour fruit mixture over top of dumpling
  • Top with fresh strawberries
  • Cover with plastic wrap and refridgerate overnight
  • Next day remove plastic and Bake at 350 for 45 minutes
