Needed a little something to put some zing into the fish I was broiling this evening.

  • 1 Juice of one lemon
  • 1 tsp Hellman's light Mayo
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp Prepared Horseradish
  • 1 tsp Cajun seasons

Directions
  1. Whisk all ingredients well and baste on fish prior to broiling.
  2. Makes about 1/2 cup
