Slip and Go Down Potatoes

These are easy to make and very tasty. A fantastic way to use up leftover mashed potatoes.
Ingredients
- 8 cups creamy mashed potatoes shopping list
- 3/4 cup pimento stuffed olives chopped shopping list
- 3/4 cup celery finely diced shopping list
- 3/4 cup green onions with a bit of the tops chopped shopping list
- 1 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon white pepper shopping list
- 3/4 cup mayonnaise shopping list
- 2 tablespoons cider vinegar shopping list
How to make it
- Combine all ingredients then heat and serve warm.
