Bourbon Pork Tenderloin Recipe
I found this recipe on allrecipes.com and thought it sounded like it would be pretty good.

Ingredients
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup bourbon
  • 2 cloves garlic, sliced
  • 3 pounds pork tenderloin
  • 2 T brown sugar

Directions
  1. Mix together ingredients and pour over pork
  2. Cover and marinate in the refrigerator at least 2 hours.(overnight is best)
  3. Preheat oven to 325 degrees
  4. Remove pork from marinade and reserve marinade
  5. Bake for 45 min
  6. Meanwhile, bring marinade to a boil and thicken with wondra flour. This makes a nice sauce to serve over the cooked pork
