Bourbon Pork Tenderloin

- 1/4 cup soy sauce shopping list
- 1/4 cup bourbon shopping list
- 2 cloves garlic, sliced shopping list
- 3 pounds pork tenderloin shopping list
- 2 T brown sugar shopping list
How to make it
- Mix together ingredients and pour over pork
- Cover and marinate in the refrigerator at least 2 hours.(overnight is best)
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees
- Remove pork from marinade and reserve marinade
- Bake for 45 min
- Meanwhile, bring marinade to a boil and thicken with wondra flour. This makes a nice sauce to serve over the cooked pork
