- 1/2 cup cream of wheat (semolina) shopping list

- 1/2 cup coconut shopping list
- 1/2 cup pistachios shopping list
- walnut filling shopping list
- 1 cup walnut shopping list
- 2 tbp cinnamon shopping list
- 1/2 cup coconut shopping list
- custard filling shopping list
- 4 cups whole milk shopping list
- 1/2 cup semolina (or 7 peaces of white bread with out the crust ) shopping list
- 1 tbp sugar shopping list
- 1/2 cup corn starch shopping list
- 1tsp rose water shopping list
- 1tsp blossom water shopping list
- 1 cup heavy cream shopping list
- 3tbp samnah baladeh for baking shopping list
- 1 cup of oil frying shopping list

- half of peaces of lime or lemon (op)and the zest (gives the syrup a light golden colour . shopping list
How to make it
- The dough mix in the molenixs all of the ingredients reast for 1 hour
- in pan med-heat pour small amout of the katayef liquod mixter
- it will start to pop and do not flip it and it finishs looking like pancake on oneside .
- thecheese filling
- mix the cheese with all of the ingrediets .
- the walnuts filling
- mix the walnut with all of the ingrredients
- the custard
- in panheat the semolina then pour the milk and the corn starch mixed with the milk ,sugar ,mixing with a spoon as it starts to boils for 5 mintues ,low the heat as it starts to thicen as a custard romove for the stove and add the rose water and the blossom water .
- add 7 peaces of bread if u not what to add semolina . pour it in a bowl and let it set and refg- 4 hours or until its form as a custard thic
- the katayef pancake fill with one of the filling and close it as u fill the pan with the katayef pour the samnah on top and broil .or in pan pour the samnah on med-heat and cook until golden brown .
- or deep fry in oil until golden brown
- syrup
- boil the sugar and the water for 5 minutes or until thicens if u like it like that ,remove from heat add half peaces of lime or lemon
