How to make it

  • Pre-heat Oven to 375
  • Lay ribs on a large sheet of REAL Saran Wrap
  • Coat both sides of ribs evenly with Gunpowder Seasoning
  • Wrap tightly the Saran Wrap
  • Then wrap with Foil
  • Bake for 45-60 minutes
  • The meat is steamed/tenderized by this method.
  • CAREFULLY unwrap and finish off on the grill
  • The meat will FALL off the bone!
