How to make it

  • Combine cheeses and next 3 ingredients and mix well.
  • Place in a serving dish and chill for several hours until ready to serve.
  • Just before serving warm chutney slightly in a saucepan or microwave and pour over cheese.
  • Top with tomatoes and serve with crackers.
