How to make it

  • Steam asparagus 5 minutes or until crisp tender then rinse under cold water and drain and chill.
  • Combine yogurt, dill weed, chives, mustard, salt and pepper then stir well.
  • Divide asparagus evenly between two salad plates.
  • Top each with 2 tablespoons dressing and 1/2 chopped egg.
