How to make it

  • Saute chicken pieces in 3 tablespoons of margarine, until lightly browned, remove with slotted spoon to plate, reserving drippings.
  • Add 1/4 cup margarine to drippings in pan. After it has melted add garlic and saute 2 minutes.
  • Whisk in wine and broth, sprinkle with pepper.
  • Bring to a bubble, add chicken. Turn to medium high.
  • Simmer chicken over medium high, until cooked through and liquid is reduced by more than half.
  • Note: if using bell pepper, add in, when putting in chicken.
