How to make it

  • Grease and flour a 9 inch Bundt Pan or Fluted Pan. Prepare Streusel Filling. Mix 1/3 cup packed brown sugar, 1/3 cup chopped pecans, ¼ tsp. Each cinnamon and mace.
  • Preheat oven at 350º . Mix flour baking powder, baking soda, salt, and mace.
  • In a large bowl, combine margarine or butter, sugar eggs and vanilla. Beat 2 minutes on medium speed ( batter may appear curdled ). On the lowest speed, blend in flour alternately with sour cream and Kahlua. Turn 1/3 batter into prepared pan. Cover with ½ Streusel. Top with remaining batter. Bake on rack below the center for 45 minutes, or until golden brown. Remove and let stand 10 minutes. Invert on cake rack; cool till lukewarm. Remove pan. Spoon on Kahlua Glaze. Garnish, if desired.

    This is a "5"FORK!!!!! For Sure!
    It reminds me of a cake that I bake that uses 'Rum' instead of 'Kahlua'~ either way it tastes
