KAHLUA SWIRL CAKE

- Streusel Filling: shopping list
- Mix 1/3 cup packed brown sugar shopping list
- 1/3 cups chopped pecans shopping list
- ¼ tsp. Each cinnamon and mace. shopping list
- 2 cups all-purpose flour shopping list
- 1 tsp. baking powder shopping list
- ¾ tsp. baking soda shopping list
- ¾ tsp. salt shopping list
- ½ tsp. mace shopping list
- ½ cups butter or margarine softened shopping list
- 1¼ cups granulated sugar or sugar substitute equivalent shopping list
- 2 eggs shopping list
- 1 tsp. vanilla shopping list
- ¾ cups sour cream shopping list
- ¾ cups Kahlua shopping list
- Kahlua Glaze: shopping list
- ¾ cup powdered sugar shopping list
- 2 Tbs. Kahlua shopping list
- Optional: pecan halves shopping list
How to make it
- Grease and flour a 9 inch Bundt Pan or Fluted Pan. Prepare Streusel Filling. Mix 1/3 cup packed brown sugar, 1/3 cup chopped pecans, ¼ tsp. Each cinnamon and mace.
- Preheat oven at 350º . Mix flour baking powder, baking soda, salt, and mace.
- In a large bowl, combine margarine or butter, sugar eggs and vanilla. Beat 2 minutes on medium speed ( batter may appear curdled ). On the lowest speed, blend in flour alternately with sour cream and Kahlua. Turn 1/3 batter into prepared pan. Cover with ½ Streusel. Top with remaining batter. Bake on rack below the center for 45 minutes, or until golden brown. Remove and let stand 10 minutes. Invert on cake rack; cool till lukewarm. Remove pan. Spoon on Kahlua Glaze. Garnish, if desired.

This is a "5"FORK!!!!! For Sure!
It reminds me of a cake that I bake that uses 'Rum' instead of 'Kahlua'~ either way it tastes
Luscious'!
