These are very fruity and very tasty. Enjoy.

Ingredients
- 2 cups sifted all purpose flour
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 4 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 eggs well beaten
- 1-1/2 cups milk
- 1/4 cup butter melted
- 2/3 cup mashed banana
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups fresh blueberries
Directions
- Mix flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. Add eggs, milk, butter, bananas and vanilla. Stir until well blended and smooth then gently fold in blueberries. Spoon about 1/4 cup of batter for each pancake on preheated greased griddle. Turn only once.

Excellent. The sugar really is not necessary if you use ripe bananas.
