Ingredients
  • 1 bunch of fresh spinach (or 1 bag of packaged spinach)
  • 2 1/2 tablespoons white vinegar
  • 1/4 cup sugar (I used splenda)
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil (I used evoo)
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt, optional ( I used just a sprinkle of sea salt)
  • 1 cup strawberries

Directions
  1. Wash Hands.
  2. Wash and dry spinach and strawberries (if fresh).
  3. Slice strawberries.
  4. Stir sugar (or sub) and vinegar together.
  5. Then stir in oil and salt to make dressing.
  6. Put spinach and strawberries in a bowl.
  7. Add dressing and combine.
  8. Serve and enjoy!
