Ingredients
  • BASIC TERIYAKI SAUCE
  • 1 cup shoyu
  • 1 cup sake (white wine)
  • 2 cups brown sugar
  • SPICE IT UP A BIT
  • 1 tbsp minced ginger
  • 1 tbsp minced garlic
  • 1/2 cup chopped green onion
  • ADD A BIT OF MORE FLAVOR
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • SWEETEN IT UP
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • NEED SOME HEAT
  • 1-2 tbsp chili pepper flakes

Directions
  1. There you go, just a few and completely different flavors, from the basic Teriyaki sauce to a hot Teriyaki chicken Wings Sauce. Marinate 1 or 2 nights and you have good eats!
