How to make it

  • Preheat oil to 360 degrees
  • Slice onions thin into rings and separate rings
  • Spread them out and sprinkle with seasoned salt
  • Put flour in a sealable bag
  • Put onions in the bag in small batches
  • Close the bag tightly and shake until onions are coated with flour
  • Fry the onions in batches for 3 to 4 minutes, until golden and crispy
  • Remove from oil and place on paper towel to drain

    When my sister and I were kids our mom would make this.I think my mom got it out of a cook book though so I'm not sure if this one is the same as the one my mom made or not when I was a kid.
