Hootenanny Cake Recipe

	cake mix pudding nuts cinnamon

Ingredients

1 Box yellow cake mix

1 Box instant vanilla pudding

1C water

1/2 C salad oil

4 eggs

1tsp vanilla

1/2 tsp baking powder

1C chopped nuts

2 tsp cinnamon

4 Tbsp sugar

Directions

Preheat oven to 350F

Mix cake mix, vanilla pudding, water, salad oil, eggs, vanilla, baking powder and beat for 5 minutes.

Grease bottom of tube pan.

Mix nuts, cinnamon, and sugar.

Put 1/3 of nut mixture into pan and 1/2 of batter; then 1/3 of nut mixture and 1/2 of batter and top with last of nut mixture.

Bake 1 hour.
