From a recipe book I got at a yard sale. It was one put together by members of a church and seems to be dated 1976/77. Guess on servings and prep time.

Ingredients
  • 1 1/2C boiling water
  • 1C granola
  • 1C white sugar
  • 1C brown sugar
  • 1/2C shortening
  • 2 eggs
  • 1tsp allspice
  • 1tsp baking soda
  • 1 1/2C sifted flour

Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 375F
  2. Pour boiling water over granola. Let stand 10 minutes.
  3. Mix sugars, shortening, eggs, allspice, and baking soda.
  4. Add granola and flour.
  5. Pour into lightly greased and floured 9 inch tube pan.
  6. Bake for 50-55 minutes.
  7. Dust top with powdered sugar.

This recipe is very old, now we have more types of granola easily available. I wonder how the different ones would taste....
