Marinated Loin Pork Chops With Apple Chile Chutney

- 8 pork loin chops shopping list
- 1/4 cup soy sauce shopping list
- 2 cloves garlic shopping list
- 1/4 cup dry sherry shopping list
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard shopping list
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger shopping list
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper shopping list
- chutney shopping list
- 4 cups granny smith apples peeled cored and diced shopping list
- 2 red or green chilies diced shopping list
- 1/4 cup cider vinegar shopping list
- 1/3 cup brown sugar shopping list
- 6 cloves garlic minced shopping list
- 2/3 cup water shopping list
- 1 tablespoon fresh marjoram shopping list
How to make it
- Combine all ingredients except pork chops.
- Place pork chops in a shallow baking dish and pour marinade over chops.
- Refrigerate for several hours before cooking then bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
- Serve chops with chutney over top.
- Combine all chutney ingredients in saucepan and cook over medium until apples are tender.
