What an incredible chicken recipe. Fruity, moist and so full of great taste. Good enough to serve to company.

Ingredients
  • 13 ounce jar peach preserves
  • 1/2 cup Russian dressing
  • 6 whole chicken breasts bone in
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh rosemary
  • 6 peach slices

Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 350. In a small bowl mix the preserves and dressing then set aside. Rinse chicken and pat dry. Place in a lightly greased baking dish meaty side up and spread with half of the mix dressing. Turn breasts over and spoon on remaining mixture. Sprinkle with chopped rosemary then bake uncovered for 1 hour.
