How to make it
- Preheat oven to 350. In a small bowl mix the preserves and dressing then set aside. Rinse chicken and pat dry. Place in a lightly greased baking dish meaty side up and spread with half of the mix dressing. Turn breasts over and spoon on remaining mixture. Sprinkle with chopped rosemary then bake uncovered for 1 hour.

This is a fantastic tasting chicken dish!! The peach preserves and the Russian dressing really do make a wonderfully tangy sauce...ariadnebarzane in Phoenix loved it
