Tortellini Salad

- Ingredients: shopping list
- 1 8oz pkg part skim mozzarella cheese 1 inch cube slices shopping list
- 1 Lb. Pkg Athenos feta Traditional crumbled shopping list
- 2 fresh bunches broccoli Crowns ( Cut in small chunks ) shopping list
- 2 Lbs. Fresh or frozen Tri-color tortellini shopping list
- 2 large tomatoes cut into 1 inch cubes shopping list
- 1 can large pitted black olives sliced in circles shopping list
- 1 6” stick pepperoni cut in ¼ “ inch slices sliced in quarters shopping list
- Dressing: Wishbone Just 2 Good Italian or Country Italian shopping list
How to make it
- In a large pan par cook Broccoli chunks ( about 10 minutes ) Drain put in bowl and set aside in Refrigerator.
- In the same pan rinse cook Tortellini till they float ( about 10 minutes ) Drain rinse place in a large bowl or in a 13” x 9” x 2” E-Z Aluminum baking pan
- Combine all ingredients except the dressing. Mix well. With the dressing pour a little at a time to coat not soak. Toss gently. If warm chill for 15 minutes or till ready to serve.
