Stacked Tomato Salad Recipe

Ingredients

How to make it

  • combine vinegar, honey mustard and evoo for dressing
  • layer from bottom up
  • slice tomato,tapenade, slice cheese, slice tomato, tapenade, slice cheese, slice tomato
  • slice stack into quarters and plate by turning the rounded edgesto the middle of the plate
  • the stack should now be squared off
  • drizzle with dressing
  • top with fresh basil
