Stacked Tomato Salad

- 1 jar black olive tapenade shopping list
- 8 to 10 heirloom slicing tomatoes(prefer red, yellow,orange) shopping list
- 2 fresh mozzarella balls shopping list
- 1/4 c wine vinegar shopping list
- 2 tbs honey shopping list
- 1 tbs Dijon mustard shopping list
- 3/4 c evoo shopping list
- fresh basil shopping list
How to make it
- combine vinegar, honey mustard and evoo for dressing
- layer from bottom up
- slice tomato,tapenade, slice cheese, slice tomato, tapenade, slice cheese, slice tomato
- slice stack into quarters and plate by turning the rounded edgesto the middle of the plate
- the stack should now be squared off
- drizzle with dressing
- top with fresh basil
