Frozen Peppermint Cheesecake

Very simple cheesecake that tastes very good .esp if you like peppermint................
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 - cups chocolate wafer crumbs shopping list
- 1/4- cup sugar shopping list
- 2- 8 ounces cream cheese shopping list
- 1 14 ounce can sweetened condensed milk shopping list
- 1 -cup hard peppermint candies ......crushed... shopping list
- 2 - cups whipping cream shopping list
- rich hot fudge sauce shopping list
How to make it
- Mix together wafer crumbs, sugar, and butter...........
- press into bottom of a 9 inch springform pan........set aside
- beat cream cheese until very creamy
- gradually add condensed milk, beating until smooth..........
- stir in crushed candy
- beat whipping cream until soft peaks form
- gently fold into the cream cheese mixture
- pour into prepared pan.......
- cover and freeze for 6 hours or until firm
- gently run a knife around the edge of the cheesecake to release sides of pan
- serve slices with hot fudge sauce..........yummm........
- serves 8-10.........depending on size .... less if your really hungry .lol
