How to make it

  • First you wan to add butter to pan over a medium flame.
  • Saute your onions until yellow.
  • Now add in flour and salt and mix.
  • Slowly add in broth, stirring.
  • Now put a lid on the pot and keep over a low flame for about 10 min.
  • Once the onions are soft, add in your milk and craem.
  • Let this heat all the way through.
  • You will now want to remove half of the soup and mix in the egg yolks to the part you took out.
  • Now slowly add the mixture back into the pot.
  • Let this heat on low heat.
  • Just before serving, you want to add the paprika, pepper, and hot sauce.
  • Serve this hot in bowls!
