How to make it

  • In small bowl whisk together first 5 ingredients until well blended
  • Set 1/2 cup aside
  • Place shrimp on oiled grid over medium-high heat; grill basting with remaining dressing mixture until shrimp are opaque, about 2 to 3 minutes
  • In a large salad bowl, combine lettuce, provel, green onion and bacon bits
  • Drizzle reserved dressing mixture over top; toss to coat
  • Divide among 6 individual serving plates
  • Top each with 1 shrimp skewer
