How to make it

  • Melt butter in skillet
  • Add a little flour until it gets pasty
  • Add about 1/2 cup milk
  • Stir over med heat until thickens
  • Add more milk, velveta, sharp cheddar, & a splash of beer
  • Stir until cheese is melted and sauce is creamy

    Okay, I'll bite -- what are horseshoes? Yes, I know they're C-shaped metal pieces nailed on to the bottom of hoofs but... ;-)

    Also, what size block of Velveeta?
