Corny Chicken Soup

- 2 pcs of chicken thigh, skin removed (total about 300g) shopping list
- 4 pieces of medium size corn shopping list
- Quarter medium size onion shopping list
- 2 pieces of garlic shopping list
- 4 cups of anchovies stock shopping list
- 1 piece of ginger (about 1 inch length and sliced) shopping list
- 3 pieces of chinese dried mushroom (soaked and halved) shopping list
How to make it
- Boil the anchovies stock. Add in corn, ginger, garlic and onion once it boil.
- After about 5 minutes, add in chicken and mushroom.
- Boil for another 20 mins with low fire.
